Alien Earth is a TV series based on the old Alien film series (or rather, it is a sequel). The space research ship USCSS Maginot, transporting alien creatures, crashes on its way back to Earth. It belongs to corporation Weyland-Yutani and was collecting these life forms for experiments. As always, these samples contained old-good-Alien spores. And now this crash becomes the first Alien "invasion" on Earth, which makes the series special: in the past, the action almost always took place far from our planet. The main characters - Wendy (a girl whose dying mind was transferred into a synthetic-hybrid body) and her brother Hermit that serves as a medic at an earthly outpost. A group of tactical soldiers arrives on Earth to deal with the aftermath of the crash - and encounters a dangerous alien creature.
