Dahyun, a marvelously quirky individual born in 1998, in the pleasantly unassuming city of Seongnam, South Korea, first made waves in the universe with her legendary “eagle dance”—a performance so uniquely odd that it could probably confuse alien civilizations into thinking it was a form of intergalactic diplomacy. With an older brother somewhere in her orbit and a church choir as her first stage, young Dahyun dreamed of a life filled with music, mischief and occasional piano-playing. By the age of 16, she had flapped her way into JYP Entertainment, where three years of training later, she debuted as part of TWICE, delighting fans with her boundless energy and comic timing.
