JiU, officially known as Kim Min-ji but more accurately described as the gravitational center of Dreamcatcher, was born in 1994, in Daejeon, South Korea—a city that may or may not have been built to prepare the world for her dazzling existence. As a child, she had the kind of sunny disposition that could power small planets and an innate love for performing that suggested she was destined for something much bigger than mere Earthly pursuits. After years of training and a fair amount of stardust-level determination, she became the leader of Dreamcatcher, guiding her members with the sort of care and kindness that would make even the most jaded galactic overlord smile.
