This is a coloring page with Lewis Hamilton - famous Formula 1 driver. He was born in 1985 in England but his father comes from the Caribbean island Grenada. When Lewis was little he loved playing with remote control cars and always dreamed of racing. At the age of 8 he started racing go-karts and in two years won national karting championship. He joined McLaren's Young Driver Program when he was just a teenager, which gave him the chance to learn from the best.
Lewis Hamilton became the first Black driver in F1 history. He won his first Formula 1 world championship when he was only 23 years old (overall he won 7 championships which is the record). All this time Lewis worked very hard to stay in top shape and practiced every day to keep improving. This is great example for children, that's why I created this coloring page. I've also added the name "Lewis Hamilton" so that kids learn letters while coloring them.
