The Little Mermaid is a book by Hans Christian Andersen, published in 1837 and also the cool 1989 Disney cartoon and also nostalgic 2023 film. This is the story of Aliel - the youngest daughter of King Triton. When she turns 15, she first rose to the surface of the sea and there she saw a ship and the prince on the ship. During a storm, she saves the prince from death and when he woke up on the shore, he began to look for her. The little mermaid also dreamed of becoming a human to be with him and the sea witch Ursulla, when she found out, offered her to become a human in exchange for her wonderful voice and also if the prince does not marry her, the little mermaid will turn into sea foam. And of course, the witch did everything to prevent her from getting married and the little mermaid had to die, but at the last moment she, the prince and the King of Triton defeated the witch. Though, in the book there is a different ending - the little mermaid becomes a "daughter of the air" and gets a chance to find a soul by doing good deeds.
