Megamind coloring pages are featuring Megamind, the superhero Metro Man, Roxanne Ritchi and other characters from Megamind animated film. Try to guess who is who.

In the animated misadventure "Megamind," we are introduced to the titular blue-skinned supervillain whose greatest joy is causing mayhem in tight leather and dramatic capes. That is, until he accidentally vanquishes his archnemesis and realizes he's rather mucked up the whole “villain” career path by getting exactly what he wanted. What follows is a cosmic, not-so-typical realization that being a hero—or something vaguely decent—is actually more interesting than simply lurking in lairs plotting doom.

For starters, Megamind discovers that he might have an inner heroic spark buried under the sneers and pointy boots. Children watching can ponder this strange but tantalizing notion that one’s true potential might involve far fewer evil plans and much more self-belief. Watching Megamind figure out that he can be not just dastardly but also remarkably decent encourages young minds to consider their own hidden powers, though perhaps not in the electric, laser-eyed sense.

In the end, “Megamind” offers a delightful ode to second chances, individuality and the amusing business of self-acceptance. By dropping his villainous act (mostly), Megamind finds he can still wear his flashy capes and use delightfully oversized gadgets, only this time as a slightly bewildered hero. It’s a reminder that whether blue-skinned or beige, kindness and empathy are rather marvelous—and that no matter how many times one’s plan for world domination fails, there's always time to grow into something even more interesting.
