Paul Seixas is a super-talented French cyclist. He was born in 2006 in a sporting family. But although his parents were professional karatekas, Paul became interested in cycling after watching it with his grandfather on TV. He began cycling at the age of 8 at a local cycling club in Lyon. His teachers described him as absent-minded and shy, but he quickly achieved success, winning numerous age categories from 9 to 14 years old with LSE. Seixas became the French cadet champion (under 17) in both road racing and cyclocross. At just 17 years old, he won a significant number of junior titles and races: the Liège-Bastogne-Liège Junior Championships, the French National Junior Cyclocross and Time Trial Championships. At the 2024 UCI Road World Championships, he won gold in the time trial and subsequently turned professional with the Decathlon–AG2R La Mondiale team.
