Rapunzel coloring pages are featuring Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, Maximus (horse), Pascal (Rapunzel's chameleon) and other characters from Disney's Rapunzel animated film. Try to guess who is who.

"Rapunzel," also known under its more whimsical moniker, "Tangled," is Disney’s fantastical attempt to unravel the hairy situation of a young woman with a penchant for chandeliers and a love for things as thrilling as indoor plumbing. This particular reimagining of the old tale has all the crucial elements: a tower, a thief with alarmingly charismatic eyebrows and a lass whose hair seems to defy every known law of physics. While the story enchants with all the subtlety of a disco ball at midnight, it also smuggles in a few life lessons, which are, in classic Disney fashion, sprinkled among the musical numbers and gravity-defying escapades.

To begin with, our heroine, Rapunzel, is the poster child for self-discovery—though she’s got about seventy feet more to discover than most. She spends her formative years in a tower, where she’s been convinced by a particularly persuasive mother-figure that the outside world is essentially a carnival of doom. But, as all good Disney protagonists do, she ventures forth and in the process, finds out she’s a dab hand at everything from frying-pan-wielding to existential musing. For any child watching, this becomes a gentle nudge to explore their own quirks and talents, without necessarily having to acquire a sidekick with a rap sheet.

And speaking of sidekicks with checkered pasts, Rapunzel’s interactions with Flynn Rider (a man as skilled in smoldering as he is in questionable life choices) delve into the fine art of relationships. Their dynamic is a model of growth: the classic scenario where a thief and a hair-laden princess forge a connection based on mutual respect, bucketfuls of trust and a healthy dose of comedic timing. It’s a touching reminder for children that true companionship isn’t just about flamboyant rescues or the ability to scale towers but is rather about finding someone who’ll hold your frying pan when you’re out of hands. And if you happen to swing through the occasional perilous ravine together—well, all the better.
