The Hunchback of Notre Dame coloring pages
The Hunchback of Notre Dame is a book by the French writer Victor Hugo (1831) and a Disney's cartoon (1996). This is the story of Quasimodo, an ugly bell ringer who lives on the ruins of Notre Dame Cathedral under the care of the stern judge Claude Frollo, who once took him in to raise. At the Feast of Jesters, the hunchback decides to go out to the people and meets Esmeralda, a brave and kind gypsy who stands up for him before the crowd. Frollo, overcome with lust and hatred, begins to hunt Esmeralda, but Quasimodo and Captain Phoebus stand up for her. After a chase, fires and a fight on the towers of the cathedral, Frollo dies, Esmeralda survives and Quasimodo, who for the first time dared to go out to the people, finds friendship and acceptance. In the book, however, everything does not end so well, but still, the story is exciting.
