Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu is a 2026 film starring Pedro Pascal that continues the plot of the TV series The Mandalorian. It's an adventure story about the Mandalorian (Din Djarin, a veteran bounty hunter in the outer reaches of the galaxy, whose face is often hidden by a helmet) and Grogu (Baby Yoda), which takes place after the fall of the Galactic Empire. At the end of the series, Din takes Grogu under his wing as an apprentice and in the film they together are enlisted by the New Republic to rescue Rotta the Hutt (White) in exchange for information from the Hutt clan on a New Republic target.
